WORSHIP. Their
target is the CROWD.
Their job is to plan and oversee weekend seeker
services, special worship emphasis and events, and to
provide music and worship resources to the rest of the
church. |

(choirs, bells, etc.). |

and improve worship facilities. |

Coordinate all auxilliary services, i.e., nursery,

ministry is assigned the purpose of
EVANGELISM. Their
target is the COMMUNITY.
Their job is to plan, promote, and oversee all of the
churches bridge events, seeker groups, evangelism
training, evangelistic activities and programs, and
mission projects. They are to organize whatever it takes
to reach our community and our world for Christ. |

ministry is assigned the purpose of
FELLOWSHIP. Their
target is the CONGREGATION.
Their job is to care for the flock. They oversee all
support groups, weddings, funerals, pastor care,
hospital visitation, and benevolence within the
congregation. Finally, this team is responsible for all
major fellowship events within the church family. |

ideas for increasing congregational fellowship life. |

Facilitate events called for by other teams. |
|

Develop
a strong sharing and caring network among members. |

aide in contacting all inactive members each year in a
concerted effort to reactivate them in this fellowship
of saints or to connect them with another Christian
congregation. |

ministry is assigned the purpose of
DISCIPLESHIP.
Their target is the
COMMITTED. Their job is to lead our member to
deeper spiritual commitment. This ministry is leading in
the development of our Life Development/Discipleship
Institute. They also lead in all Bible studies, growth
groups in homes, and special church-wide spiritual
growth campaigns. |

This
ministry is assigned the purpose of
MINISTRY SERVICE.
Their target is the CORE.
Their job is to turn members into ministries by helping
members discover their SHAPE
(Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality,
Experience) for ministry and guiding them to find either
an existing place for ministry or a new ministry. This
ministry is responsible for all service groups.
They
also assist, train, and supervise the lay ministers of
the church. The goal of this team is to help every
member of the church find a meaningful place of service
that best expresses his or her gifts and abilities. |

Be a
resource for other teams in developing service
activities. |
|
• |
Supervise maintenance staff development/training. |
|
• |
Develop
and prioritize list of maintenance and improvement
projects (coordinating with Worship Team). |

concerned for social ministry efforts (hunger walk, LMG,
etc.). |

• |
Spearhead drives for disaster relief, as necessary. |
|
